2.1. Product Fulfillment

• All products are custom-made and fulfilled by Printify, our third-party print-on-demand provider.

• Production typically takes 2–7 business days.

• Shipping times vary depending on your location and the print provider used. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

• Delivery dates is not guaranteed. Unexpected production or shipping delays may occur.

2.2. Returns & Refund

• Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

• We only offer refunds and returns if the item arrives damaged, defective, or partial refund on our originals if there's a noticeable manufacturing issue or slight variations (e.g., wrong style, size or product was sent, misalignment, incorrect image).

• Refund/return requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order and must include clear photo proof of the issue.

• Return shipping fee may be required in some cases.

2.3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices listed on our website are in USD and are subject to change at any time without notice.

• Every efforts is made to ensure accurate pricing, but [Ay Bold Stylz] reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions — including after an order has been placed. [Ay Bold Stylz] is not obligated to honor prices listed incorrectly due to human or technical error.

• All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers available through Wix (such as Wix Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Affirm, Klarna, etc.).
  [Ay Bold Stylz] do not store or have access to your full payment details.

Ay Bold Stylz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our site or products, including but not limited to delays in shipping, lost packages, or issues caused by third-party providers. Our responsibility is limited to the value of the product purchased.

2.9. Custom-Made Products & Expectations

All products are made-to-order and fulfilled by third-party providers through Printify. This means items are only produced once an order is placed. Slight variations in color, alignment, or print placement may occur due to the nature of the custom printing process. Orders with multiple items may ship separately.
