[Ay Bold Stylz], is committed to providing the best experience possible. Because all of our products are made to order and shipped directly from our trusted print partners, we do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind. Returns are only accepted if the item arrives defective or damaged, the item features one of Ay creations and the print is noticeably incorrect or misaligned or if an incorrect size, style or product was shipped.

How Refunds Is Handled 

For Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Full refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected. This includes the product and shipping paid by the customer.

For Minor production issues or slight variations from the intended design: Partial refund may be issued excluding production and shipping costs.

For custom or personalized items: Not eligible for return or refund unless defective, damaged, or Incorrect.

Items returned after 15 day window period had closed will not be allowed a refund

To request a refund or exchange, please reach out to us before sending any item back via

Contact page within 15 days of receiving your order and include order number with photos/details of the issue. then you will be provided instructions on where to return the items to but be aware that in some cases, return shipping fee may be required.
